These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VPNFree mobile applications and any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by FREEVPN LLC ("VPNFree", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age (16 in the EU/UK) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, FREEVPN LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use on devices that you own or control.

The core VPN service is free of charge. Optional premium features may be offered for purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Purchases are governed by the terms of the respective app store. Refunds are issued in accordance with each platform's refund policy.
The Service and all associated content (excluding user content) — including software, designs, logos, and trademarks — are the property of FREEVPN LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and for any activity that occurs through your use. We are not responsible for the actions of users or for the content they access while using the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, upgrades, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from such unavailability.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any feature of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification or discontinuation.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR PROVIDE COMPLETE ANONYMITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL FREEVPN LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FREEVPN LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason in our sole discretion. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis (no class actions), except that you may bring claims in small-claims court if eligible.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
